2. What Data We Process

This website serves solely as a presentation of the boutique. It contains no registration, user accounts or contact forms, and does not itself store any cookies on your device.

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you share with us (typically your name, contact details and the content of your message) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in communicating with customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain such data only for as long as necessary, at most 2 years.

3. Embedded Google Map

The site contains an embedded Google Maps map operated by Google Ireland Limited. When you view the page, Google may process your IP address and store its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.

4. Traffic Measurement

The site may use anonymous traffic measurement that does not use cookies and does not allow the identification of individual visitors (only aggregate statistics are processed).

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with any other recipients except as described above (Google) or where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can contact us at info@momo-store.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
